Week 60!
My fellow Steemians
If you were wondering where I was the last couple of days, there is no need to worry anymore. I am just fine, and I am back posting.
I had a visitor.
After nearly four years, we were spoiled with a visit by my brother. I gave myself off from my own blog so that I could spend every spare minute I had with him. It was a precious time, enjoyed by all of us. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. It was time for him to pack his bags today, as Thailand is calling him.

Steem For Ladies
All is well in the community.
My duties:
- Curation and verification of posts on my day of duty as well as filling in on the days of others
- Educating and monitoring 7 moderators
- Validating MOD verifications
- Verifying new members
- Booming posts submissions and community voting
- Taking care of community notifications and comments
- Writing of 2 community posts
- Monitoring and running of community contests
- Lending a helping hand to members of the community
- Approval of moderator contests
General:
Although I took a couple of days off to be with my brother, I did not neglect my duties. In total, seven Steemians were helped individually through WhatsApp, Discord, and numerous others on the platform.
Africa:
Supporting and helping my fellow Steemians from Africa is still a priority for me.
Communities
Advice was given to one community.
Curator
One curator was helped this week.
Issues encountered:
The only issue I encountered was a Steemian who copied the comments of another Steemian and thought that he would get away with changing a few words. This happened in one of the SEC contests.
My friends, don’t make yourself guilty of doing this. You are only ruining your own reputation. It is not worth it. Make your work your own and be proud of it!
