If we took about beauty included in beauty hair,eyes,hight,color,every thing is included . Hair play avital role in enhance beauty .being a woman every body like longa and shiny hair beautiful hair increase your confidence but the different from the other people .first of all BLANCE diet is very important
BLANCE diet included in fruits,vegetable,grain protein source like fish.meat,and all dairy product transporting essential minerals for hair growth .I give you example of mik we can drunk and use for external use scalp of your head this is very affect for hair growth and the other good example of fish .we eat fish in daily routine .included in fish zinc,iron both are very beneficial for hair growth

Hair cleanliness is very essential part of hair care.we should take a bath regular take a shampoo ,proper oiling in scalp
Clean your head(scalp) head lice and dirt cause trouble The HOly prophet (m.p.b.u.h) says cleanliness is half of faith for hair growing don't apply in different chemicals for hair colors and don't use in electronic tools just like straitner some time due to the illnesses hair is not grown some time stress level depend on your hair growth first of all you know what is better for my hair care us what suits your hair .

Use 1egg and 4table spoon of yougart mix and mash and apply your your scalp for 40minutes besically this is protein treatment .your hair will be soft and shiny.

Fullers earth(multani mati) use in 4 table spoon and add4ta le spoon of yougart and 4table spoon of shampoo for any brand mix and mash and apply during you take a bath for 10 .minutes remian your head (scalp) your hair straight and silky and shiny.

𝘼𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝘼 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠

Use 4table spoon of rice powder add in 4 table spoon of ALOVERA gell (use fresh gell) mix and grind and apply for you hair 40 minutes and wash it this is very effective for hair falls dandruff and dryness and nourishing for hair growth.
