U.S. politics wants to kill cryptocurrencies

According to the perceptions of Charles Hoskinson (Founder of Cardano) President Joe Biden is trying to kill cryptocurrencies, Hoskinson a mentioned in a video that "A vote for Biden is a vote against the US cryptocurrency industry."

The truth is that Hoskinson, has criticized U.S. President Joe Biden claiming that he is making a concerted effort to kill the cryptocurrency industry in the United States.

To wit, "Hoksinson's comments followed a statement from President Biden's office, which said he would veto legislation that seeks to override SEC guidelines that discourage banks from making custody of cryptoassets"

One of the things I agree with Hoskinson on, is that he pulled no punches in expressing that in "The [Trump] administration had its problems, but it mostly ignored our industry. The Biden administration has engaged in a coordinated effort to kill cryptocurrencies."

Last month the Cointelegraph reported that the Biden administration asked Congress to go after the U.S. bitcoin mining industry, citing China as an example for the U.S. to follow.
