Tempo di fragole!
E' iniziato il tempo delle fragole.
Nei market si trovano con grande facilità in questo periodo per pochi euro e, anche se non amo moltissimo questo frutto, devo dire che trovo le trovo bellissime....
E infatti, immancabilmente ho fatto diverse foto con il light painting in total rosso.
Però le proprietà delle fragole sono note e molto diffuse.
Il loro alto valore estetico le rende perfette per decorare i dolci e le torte.
Un classico.
Dolci tipici con le fragole sono le classiche coppe di panna montata con le fragole.
Semplicissime e buonissime le ho gustate nella piazza delle Erbe a Verona.
Il gelato alla fragola con quello al limone è un altro cult dei buongustai.
Devo dire però che grande sorpresa è stato per me imparare a fare il Tiramisu con le fragole...speciale e innovativo e soprattutto meno calorico di quello classico.
