My child gave me a massage with full of love. :)
I had muscle pain after practicing golf too hard last weekend. At first, I had pain only in my forearms and thighs, but then it gradually spread, and later all of my muscles hurt. The pain was so severe that I couldn't move. I felt that I was getting older and that I definitely lacked exercise. From now on, I should continue to exercise regularly to build up my physical strength.
I was lying down yesterday evening after taking muscle pain medication, and my eldest son came up worried and gave me a massage on my back. He patted my back weakly and lightly, and my whole body seemed to relieve fatigue soon. I think I forgot the pain for a while because I was happy.
