Today I want to tell you about my trip with my family to a village outside the big city. Our journey began early in the morning when the sun had barely risen. We were excited and eager to begin our adventure in this small, charming village. The village was about a two-hour drive from our home, so we had plenty of time to rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

Ok, some kind of strange things have been happening to me. Actually I think it started with all these birds crapping on me. But in the last couple of weeks I had two things happen that i find mighty strange. The first was the woman who kept calling me until I had to wait for her, this was around 11:00 am. When I finally stopped and she caught up with me she practically was forcing two one hundred Lempira bills on me saying I had dropped them.

The dish I prepared this week is called Bitterleaf Soup, very delicious bitterleaf soup. I prepared it myself, from the beginning to the very end. Ordering of food is not my thing because I can cook whatsoever food I feel like eating. I don't want to start something I won't be able to finish.
