Day 2200 | Wednesday Tennis & Evening Walk (18k+Steps)
Wednesday was another good active day starting out with some productivity and playing a fun hour of tennis from 12:00 to 13:00. I got some more things done in the afternoon and ended up watching the Challenger playoff match which turned out to have some nice edge, there was a 2-Hour break until the next match which I used to go on an enjoyable walk to stay on track with my weekly steps. After that I wanted the 2nd game also doing well and ended the day behind the tv. Even though I kept my eating clean, I fail to lose weight at the moment so I will be planning in some days where I really cut down hard on the food intake.
I still managed to do 13314 steps on the day which is excluding the hour of tennis, this brings me at 48278 steps on the week so far and on my way to reach 100k even though it will be hard as the weekend will get busy .

Today Goals: I plan to make a preview on the football match right after waking up and having taken a bath. Not eat anything in the morning and follow it up by a morning walk of 10k+ steps. in the afternoon I will have some more productivity and eat a smoothie to join a 18:15 Hot Yoga class and come home to watch the Conference League Semi Finals.
