Good Day everyone!

I drew the cute little fella you're seeing above to greet you all a Merry Christmas! It's already afternoon of December 25th here, but we're just gonna start celebrating.

Filipinos has a tradition called a Noche Buena where the family will enjoy and celebrate Chistmas as soon as 12:00 of December 25th comes. However, we were really tired from buying gifts and preparing, the mall had too much people in it and taking public transport back home is a pain in the neck so we had to sleep and pend the celebration.

I think I slept half of this Christmas Day! Haha.

I had help from @haneun writing this message, I can draw but my handwriting sucks so bad it looks like alien writing.

So, here's the little fella animated, waving at you and greeting you a Merry Christmas. I hope you like him. I made him extra cute just for you.

Having this device is really a great blessing, it has been in my wishlist for a few years now. Sadly, I lack the finances to buy myself one. I remember making all my digital graphics and drawings using nothing but a borrowed laptop and a mouse.

Thanks to Steemit, I was able to buy a laptop that has a touch pen feature. This is @haneun's but I borrowed it to make the drawing & animation above. This just proves how Steemit can change lives, from dreams to reality. It's not just gadgets though. Most people were able to buy important things and share their blessings to others. I've seen a few who gave gifts to their family, gave to charity, and gave to those in need.

Steemit is not just a place for blogs and earnings. It's a place where change can start.
