This is my entry post for participating in the contest on one of my favourite and my country's communities, #SteemIndia , conducted by @deepak94 about our Steemit Journey.

I have a lot of memories with this platform; failures, success stories, my life-changing turning points, and many more. Now I get a chance to share my steemit journey with all of you.

That's why I am happily participating and sharing my experience with you.

Note: A small video explanation about my Steemit Journey,But my voice hearing very low,sorry for this issue. I try to solve it upcoming videos,For best results try to hear with ear buds. I explain my journey in my native language TELUGU

In around 2016, the Steem platform was launched by Ned Scott and Dan Larimer. But for those who know me, it took one year. My journey on STEEM began around October 27, 2017, which means I've been here for nearly 1806 days, or nearly 5 years.

I have a lot of memories, life-changing achievements, and many more important days with this platform.

Bots were common in the early days of the Steem platform, so everyone should invest some steem and buy post support.So quality authors do not get that much support. That's why a lot of users form their groups on other social media platforms like Facebook, Whatsapp, and many more.

Users can promote their posts on their Facebook pages and groups, and those who support us will be supported in return. Like that trend going on those days. I also joined a lot of groups on Facebook, Whatsapp, and Discord too.

From joining them, I have learned a lot of new things about this platform and also made a lot of friends. So we formed a new group of 15 committed individuals.

But in the early days, I didn't get that much support. My friends were also very new, so we all had an equal SP of 25 STEEM, so we started focusing on running contests.

In one food contest, I won first prize and got good support, around $40 I think. This is my biggest support on those days. Generally, I get below $1 support after seeing that success, and then after I only focus on contests, I spend more than 8 hours per day.

Slowly, I started improving my steem power along with my reputation.

I heard about the steem hunt platform, but I don't know about the procedure. My friends are also very busy working and doing their jobs. They are not active here.

My God grace, I met @jyoti-thelight through Discord. She is also from India, from Tamil Nadu. So we get good friendships very easily. She taught each and every detail about the STEEM HUNT platform.

After that, I continue my regular publication there. I get good support along with steem hunt token as a additional rewards. Slowly, my portfolio started building. My journey here is going very smoothly without any issues.

I've been completely disconnected from the Steemit platform, so I'm not aware of any updates, and I've only worked on Steem hunting alone for up to two years.

In addition to that, I give my publications with esteem rarely.

I don't know the reasons. Steem Hunt platform also stopped giving support, so I also stopped working here.

I'll be away from the steemit platform for 3 to 4 months due to personal issues.

When the Steem Hunt platform launched their token for cashing out my tokens, I checked my wallet and discovered that I had been hacked, and I had lost all my 15k STEEM HUNT tokens. Those are worth more than $3000+ at listing time. Here I lost my steem hunt tokens only, my Steemit wallet and account are safe.

After seeing this incident, I totally lost all hope for the Steemit platform, so I withdrew all my holdings to exchange.

Steem gets hardforked, so all holders get hive and hbd as a reward. I too get my Airdrop.

At listing time, I book my profit too. This give decent portfolio for me. It's my life-changing point, you may tell.

I too withdrew some money to my bank account. On that day, I felt so proud of myself. O8n that day, on showing my earnings to my family, I told them I was working on in steemit platform , this is my Earnings there.

To reach that day, it took more than 3 years. Until that day, no one knew what I was doing with my mobile.

Because I don't share any details with my family, because they don't trust those platforms until we show them our proof. That's why I too work on this platform without informing anyone.

I think it was around 14 months ago when my friend @nevlu123 told me about Steem's present situation and asked me to rejoin and start your journey once again.

After hearing his words, I returned here and spent some money to power up my account by investing some of the money I earned here.

Then, after my journey going well with participating in contests, giving daily publications, working as a team curator ,working as a mod, etc., my journey here is going beautifully.

What did you learn from this platform?

Besides earning, I've learned a lot of things from the Steemit platform. From joining the dairy contest,I learned time management.

I learned to trade after enrolling in SteemitCryptoAcademy.Before joining here by following influencers I do tradings, From that, I lose huge amounts of hard-earned money.

After joining here, I learned to trade, along with how to do technical analysis and fundamental analysis, which are the most important things I learn from this platform.

My participating regular crypto related contest there I learn lot of information. Now it changing my set and investment plans completely.

Not only this, I learnt how to design beautiful graphics using canva with the help of @cryptogecko and @jyoti-thelight,both helped me in my learning process.

Besides this, I learn self-motivation, how to interact with others, how to reach any project before investing, and many more important lessons I learn here.

How this platform different and better than other platforms?

Steemit is a social media platform, much like Facebook or Twitter. The difference is that it’s powered by blockchain technology, and everyone who participates can earn money in an open and transparent way.

Steemit is unlike any other social media platform it’s decentralized.Means anyone can share content, post comments, and upvote or downvote content without the need for a central authority.

It's a decentralised social media platform, so no one is able to control us. As per our wish, we can give publications in any language. No need for professional skills in English, just the basics enoghs to start our journey here. There is no investment required; simply using email we start our journey.

Just by sharing our lifestyle, we earn money. No need for a laptop to join here, just a mobile phone with a net connection is enough.

With this many features, we don't get any other social media platforms. That's why Steemit is very different and better than other platforms.

Why should others come to this platform?

The first reason is that Steemit is a social media platform. You get to interact with people, make friends and earn money. It's also a place where you can see what other people are doing or talking about and learn new things. Steemit is a community of people who believe in the leadership of its members.

As a writer, steemit provides an opportunity for us to write on almost any topic without having to go through the editor's approval process, which may take weeks before allowing the publication of your article.

From support of users our rank will increase gradually. This means that all your hard work pays off with money in a virtual currency called STEEM Dollars (SBD),stee,Sterm Power (SP ) and TRX.

We earn knowledge along with earnings, like this beauty we can only see on the steemit platform. That is why I strongly advise others to join here, improve their skills in their desired field, and earn money too.

The Steemit platform has been a great place for me to learn and grow, as well as share my perspective on various issues. It has been a rewarding experience.

I have learned many things in the past Five Years since I joined the Steemit platform. The first thing that I learned is that there are lot of blogs share by different people. It not only blogs it's their lifestyle.it is also about their stories and their day-to-day lives.

From reading and engaging those I get inspiration and motivation, and I also learn a lot of new things from other posts here.

I have many friends here , but if you ask who is your best friend, I go with @jyoti-thelight and @cryptogecko. Jyothi always encourages me when I get disturbances here. Always guide me and push me here.

With the help of @cryptogecko I learn canva. He introduced me to Canva. With the help of him, I got the pro version at no cost. It's one of the best gifts in my steem journey. After slowly learning Canva's features, I can create beautiful graphics for my publications using Canva now.

I still remember my first creation I shared with him personally. He appreciated it and guided me on how to use those graphics based on theme only, not passing on your emotions. This word really teaches me a lot.

What is your opinion about the future of this platform?

I believe that Steemit has a lot of potential and it has the chance to become one of the most important social media networks in the world.

It can be used for many different purposes, from sharing personal stories to publishing articles, etc.

I think that it is an amazing opportunity for people who are not satisfied with what is currently available on other social media platforms.

Steemit offers a unique opportunity to publish content without any restrictions or censorship. I think that this is why we see so many people coming together and creating their own communities and its real usecases on this platform.

The future of Steemit looks very bright because there are so many possibilities for its users, creators, and holders.
