Etheroll: Crypto Tale of How FUD Prevented 'To the Moon' DAPP From Lift-Off
Oftentimes, in research mode, I come across an archived post that just blows me away; so much so, that I have to share it, even if it’s in the Steemit dustbin. Today, on reading another archived post, I found myself zeroing in on learning about the currency Etheroll.
The first stop landed me on a post expressly from the founder of Etheroll. He shares how his App Design took him from rags to riches and back again. Of course, with his professional background, hopefully, he’s somewhere doing quite well financially speaking. I’m including the link with hopes you’ll read it, especially if you’re in the need of a creative spark with real-world antics.
I wish I could say that the Steemit account, @etheroll has soared to the moon in the two years since the original post; but from the looks of the Wallet, <150 USD, it seems he’s found other ventures. With his skills, and background experience, I know he hasn’t bitten the dust, or crawled under a rock of nothingness. So, I will continue my research on the current goings on of this person.
Thus far, I know he’s from Australia, and operates under another Steemit account @darknet. A quick look at this account seems it’s been inactive for over a year; however, holds ~$4K worth of STEEM. Notably, he almost powered it all down about eight months ago; but, his inner Wisdom led him to just let it be and HODL, for now anyway.
At the time of this posting, Etheroll is valued at ~$1.81; albeit the whitepaper is in PDF, with an outdated copyright. This pretty much says it’s in defunct mode. Also, the Max Supply has already been issued; thus, none remain for new investors. If my studying proves me right, it’s clearly not worth a dime, if you're looking to invest.

Hey @spiritualmatters thanks for the information. I think if he can grow from reags to riches and again rags he can turn it around again. Sometimes in life plan doesn't works as we thought initially but that does not mean we must give up on our hopes. I wish he'd find something great and achieve his dreams.

I can only pray he’s putting his love/passion for coding to even greater use.
I trust that he will. Let’s hope he will chime in soon and give the community an update on his newest endeavors.
I can certainly feel the pain of his disappointment in the post; but, I’m reminded of the classic lyrics:
You have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get right back in the race…That’s life…
