My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2019
A grey day
For tonight’s actifit post the shots may be somewhat boring, as it was grey and raining for most of the day, for example this was as I was walking to the office, the Wet roads show it was raining, actually I was lucky as I walked from/Grand Central to the Office as it was only lightly raining, it got heavier literally after i walked inside.

About Mid morningI thought I would pop out the back of the building to get some steps in, as looking out the window of my office i thought the rain had stopped, but when I got outside it was coming own pretty steady, so I snapped this shot across the East River, this is as shot from my phone and not a Mono edit

So as I prepare this post at lunch time I am not sure what my step total will be, but most of my steps today will be indoors I suspect and so y count will be low, but we have a few long corridors here like the one below which I can and have walked a couple of times

And this is a piece of art i pass often down one of the corridors that always enjoy seeing but till now had to taken a shot of it to share

And another one of the corridors this one of the basement levels, these corridors are seldom this quiet, but i took these shots early this morning just Incase I didn't get any other shots while walking today, and Incase I didn't have time to prepare a post with photos taken with my camera for tonight’s post on my computer

Oh, yeah!!! Do those 39 floors and you will never want to see a staircase again. Well, I exaggerate, but, I never take the elevator unless I have to. Not because I don't like them, but the forced exercise is better for me.
The new digs are pretty spiffy. I love the flowing look of the corridors, with their gentle curvature of the architecture. It looks elegant actually.
I want to take that dove home and hang it on my wall, See what you can do about it? :)

I one day for no real reason did the stairs up and down before the refurb, it is a real good workout, I dont think I am up to it now but I have been there and done that and ticked it off lOL
HMM I do get in early when that corridor is empty, but I am not quite sure I can fit the Dove painting into my backpack LOL

I am not one who can sit still for too long, so its good to have these indoor areas where I do loops when I need to stretch my legs :)

+12.8K steps.... that is impressive. I have not yet had a recorded total that high. I think I need to get a fitbit (and wear the darn thing) for more accurate tracking. That is also an impressive office building you work out of. The picture catch the eye of many that walk by.
I try and do 10 k each weekday it’s fairly easy for me with to and from the train to the office being about 2.5 k if I walk straight there which I seldom do lol
A fit bit would be great as it syncs to actifit my Apple Watch doesn’t so I miss steps if I forget to take my phone
