Market Friday - Broadway

This is a post for Market Friday hosted by @dswigle, if you haven't followed her yet you should she is one of the kindest and most supportive people here on Steemit, a comment from her is like a ray of sunshine on your page.
This is the one tag and daily challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.

Of course eventhough I join this challenge every week, I do tend to take the term Market quite loosely, and this post is no exception, I guuess I could say its an entertainment market.

And by that I mean some shots of a few of the theatres in NYC, starting with the Majestic theatre which is currently running ( is it running or showing?) The Phantom of the Opera, which is Broadways longest running show.

And since it is the longets runnign shows I though I would share a couple of shots of the signs for it outside the theatre, I did go see it many years ago, but this post is just about the theatre and not the show itself

And not just that theatre but I also share this shot of the Paramount Theatre actually on Broadway, now I went a bit creative with this edit, but these shows have so much style and Ritz, I decided to go that way with this photo edit.

And this next shot is of the St James Theatre, which is currently showing ( I know I used running earlier but as I said I was not sure what the right term is so I am covering my bets by using showing here )
I have not seen this one but my grand Daughter made sure I saw the movie many times with her and I heard her singing the song from it a zillion times.
