And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth. It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steemit itself.

I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and I have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.

They also share some tips that are able to help other users to understand the blockchain and make use of it in the correct way.

She did well in English..., and i also did some good Job in Spanish..!!

And for this week, I traveled to Venezuela @alanasteemit to visit and I must tell you, Venezuala has some beautiful and talented people that are so hardworking. Unfortunately, their economic situation is very difficult like that of Nigeria and other countries that are not doing well financially, that even having 3 jobs does not ensure that income can cover all expenses because inflation is high.

Alanasteemit is a University professor (with postgraduate studies specialized in career learning) in Venezuela. In addition, she is a public accountant and a tax auditor of a public organization. And one more thing, She is also a hard-working steemian doing moderating Job in steem for Better Life. A married woman with kids. She has done a lecturing Job at the University for over 20 years now !! She still looks young and beautiful, What a great Woman !! Please let's support her.

:Hello friend, it is a pleasure to have you today in the Interview Showcase program, please tell us, How would you describe your Steemit experience so far?

🔶Alanasteemit: The pleasure is mine ubongudofot, honored with your interview. Since I started on the platform, the experience has been rewarding, getting to know worlds different from mine, people from other countries and with different cultures, everything from home and without having to buy a plane ticket is wonderful, in addition to working together from the cultural diversity is always a rewarding experience.

: What has been your greatest achievement since you joined the Steemit platform?

🔶Alanasteemit: Without a doubt, I belong to several working groups, where I currently act as a moderator, among these groups are the communities of Colombia Original and Steem Better life, both with different concepts but where the user is supported and where the humanitarian support through your charity projects.

In addition to this, last year I was among those selected as the best authors, and this experience was achieved through the opinion of those who know what I write being just a very small investor on the platform allows me to see that talent is present in what I write..

:How long have you been blogging?

🔶Alanasteemit: I started in 2018, in the month of January to be precise, then I had an interruption of almost 2 years due to the lack of internet and I came back again when Steemit had a new owner and another distribution in terms of communities and country representatives. . Currently I distribute my time between various professions but I continue to contribute to the platform.

: And would you say that this platform has positively affected you…?

🔶Alanasteemit: Absolutely! The platform has been faithful to its essence as a social network because one of the things that most motivates those of us here is friendship and people we know, as well as discovering talented people in a common world.

: What would you do as a curator to improve our current content in the ecosystem?

🔶Alanasteemit: Propose different initiatives, where everyone is welcome, make the platform a catalog for publishers who want to find talented people on Steemit, and innovate in the creation of unpublished, original, artistic, literary content. That it is an interesting ecosystem where ideas are debated and are well expressed in comments.

: You write a lot of content about lifestyle, daily games, and some motivational posts. Do you want to tell me why you choose this as your focus?

🔶Alanasteemit: The type of writing that I like to carry out the most has motivational, and literary purposes, and previously there was a place for education (not seen from cryptographic education) but for learning in general. I understand that the diary game is an activity promoted by Steemit Blog and therefore it is highly supported, in this case, I try to leave diaries that invite reflection or understanding of what we feel in different situations.

:What has been your most successful publication?

🔶Alanasteemit: So far it hasn't arrived, I consider that it hasn't arrived, I'm not a very popular nor very commercial user, so I imagine that the curators will have to discover me to be able to answer this question with all the properties. deserves.

Of course, while that happens I focus on quality rather than quantity.

: Could you describe your writing process, from concept to publication?

🔶Alanasteemit: The writing or preparation of a publication can arise in many different ways, one of them can arise from "the forms" that in this case has been the layout process and with this, I manage to give it the "background" that I want.

Many others prefer to start with the content (background) and then refine the publication with the layout.

Something I can tell you, regardless of the way it has emerged in each one, I try to leave my personal touch.

: Recently, I noticed that you were not very active on the blog, would you like to tell us why that is?

🔶Alanasteemit: My family and I are coming out of a viral process where we suffered a variation of Covid, this kept me out for a few days, but I have come back with all the desire to continue supporting the two communities where I am a part because both were chosen for the 5th season of the Challenge.

I take this opportunity to thank the understanding of my colleagues who understood my health condition.

:What is your profession?

🔶Alanasteemit: I am a public accountant, a profession linked to the field of finance and economics, of numbers at a business level, additionally I am a university professor (with postgraduate studies specialized in career learning), that is, specialized in knowing how people learn and additionally I am a tax auditor of a public organization, there are 3 very nice jobs and among them, I distribute my time to continue in Steemit.

: Do you think there are some areas where users should work to produce more quality content in the Steemit ecosystem? What is your advice to Users for better growth?

🔶Alanasteemit: Literature, definitely everything related to creative writing. Additionally, there can be spaces for scientific communities, where professionals can share the research they do through publications, that would be wonderful.

: Which user/Users would you like me to interview on my show?

🔶Alanasteemit: To my friend @josevas217 and my friend @nahela. The first is because he was the person who invited me again to resume my activities on this platform and the second is because he gave me the doors of his home "original Colombia" and has an intrinsic vision of a leader (good ideas, intuition, commitment, and hard work).
