Let’s Watch with Travelgirl #11 - First Love Unlimited | 初戀無限Touch

Hi Everyone,

I am a huge fan of Daniel Chan back when I was young and one of the films that came out while still in early high school was First Love Unlimited (初戀無限Touch). Daniel Chan was the main lead actor with Gigi Leung as the main leading actress. Co star includes Wyman Wong, Stephen Fung & Tina Liu. It’s one of those films that you bring a really good looking couple together and they fall in love and the whole storyline is how they met, date, meeting each other's friends and family and then eventually marry or part ways.

Hong played by Daniel lives in government housing and was born to normal working family. During an encounter he meets Tap played by Gigi who comes from a privileged backgrounds going to a prestige school and living in a nice house with her mum. They eventually fall in love, hide their dates from parents and enjoy each other’s company. Eventually the parents found out and Hong’s dad was really receptive of Tap but on the other hand Tap’s mum didn’t think Hong suits her daughter. I won’t spoil the ending but there have been suggestions that there should be a sequel to the film.

The film was popular at the time of realize as both leads were very popular and look great on camera. The storyline was very lovey dovey which brings a smile to the face when you watch it. The co stars in the film was great with their acting and brings out the fun to the whole storyline.

The theme song sung by Daniel Chan became a big hit and even till now, many people who was around that time would know of the song. A theme song is really important for a movie and they have achieved this. The moment the song is played, people will remember this movie and everything just starts to flow.
