En ocasiones no es fácil crear una obra abstracta. Lo se por mi experiencia en las pocas lecciones de pintura y dibujo que tomé hace algunos años.
Sometimes is not always easy to create an abstract artwork. I know it from my experience when some years ago I took a few lessons of painting and drawing.
Este tipo de obras requiere de esfuerzo, técnica, libertad de expresión e imaginación. Es un proceso que invita al artista a conocerse y expresarse sin restricciones, lo que podría llevar experimentar con muchos materiales, formas, trazos y colores.
This type of artwork requires effort, technique, freedom of expression and imagination. It is a process that invites the artist to know himself / herself by expressing without restrictions. This could leads to an experimentation with many materials, shapes, strokes and colours.
De esta manera, el artista puede presentar su versión de la realidad, pensamiento o sentimientos. En ocasiones no es necesario entender la obra, basta con verla y sentirse conectado con ella.
By doing this, the artist can show his/her version of reality, thoughts or feelings. Sometimes is not necessary to understand the artwork. Is enough to see it and feel connected with it.
Después de observar todos los trabajos, me di cuenta que escoger a los ganadores iba a ser una tarea difícil, pues hay muchas obras que merecen ganar.
After watching all the artworks, I realised that choosing the winners would become a difficult task, because they are many artworks that deserve the prizes.
