Can you fight spam by spamming?

Recently, I was accused of spamming by a couple of bots. Now I have replied to both of these accusers but i haven't received any engagement back. I also wrote a post about these fools, which they chose not to engage with. Now here is the kicker. These two bots @shadow-the-witch and @do-orr-die each post the same formatted and automated crap with basically the same titles. They get about $17-$18 for each automated crap post. The posts in which they said I spammed earned a total of .13 together.

The way I see it, they are a much bigger threat to steem than i am. Where do i report these guys?
