Hi, APR is the equivalent annual return without compounding.
If you look back at older MAP Rewarder posts, you'll see that in February we were achieving about 35% APR. But it depends on many factors in the overall Steem blockchain, that's why I add a few sentences each week about the overall market. Our income depends on the activity in sectors such as the bidbot market as well as vote leasing, topped up with post rewards.

The one target is to keep ahead of the benchmark value of self-upvotes - and just to put it into context, I recall about 9 months ago votes were worth some 0.8% per week whereas now the value is below 0.5%. This isn't wholly about the price of STEEM but about how many rewards are being generated for the given size of the reward pool.

I am also always on the look-out for different income streams within the blockchain so as not to be too dependent on one source.
