Khas Aceh, Kuah si

Pada kesempatan
saya ingim memposting hasil kegiatan masak gulai kerbau, kegiatan ini disebuah tempat acara sunat keponakan kami.

Gulai ini juga bagian dari masakan khas aceh. Dalam bahasa aceh masakan ini disebut "Gulei Si atau Kuah Si", sedangkan dalam bahasa indonesia dinamani gulai kerbau atau kari kerbau.

this cuisine is also part of the typical cuisine of Aceh.
this dish is named "gule si" in aceh language while in the Indonesian language buffalo curry.
