My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
Es ist Montag und es sind Ferien.
Ja was macht man da? Man geht mit dem großen ins Schwimmbad um dort ein wenig die Zeit zu vertrödeln. Von der Gesundheit her ging es mir heute wieder Prima, ich hab mich recht fit gefühlt.
Nun da diese App ja leider nur Bewegungen aufzeichnet die ich mache wenn ich gehe oder Fahrrad fahre, aber nicht wenn ich schwimme ist der Wert heut recht gering. Egal ich poste trotzdem munter weiter. Es hat heut Spaß gemacht sich im Wasser zu bewegen.

Yes, what do you do there? You go with the big one to the swimming pool to spend some time there. From the health point of view, I was fine again today, I felt quite fit.
Now that this app unfortunately only records movements I make when I walk or cycle, but not when I swim, the value today is quite low. No matter I continue to post cheerfully. Today it was fun to move in the water.

Het is maandag en het is vakantie.
Ja, wat doe je daar? Je gaat met de grote naar het zwembad om daar wat tijd door te brengen. Vanuit gezondheidsoogpunt was ik vandaag weer goed, ik voelde me heel fit.
Nu deze app helaas alleen bewegingen registreert die ik maak als ik loop of fiets, maar niet als ik zwem, is de waarde vandaag vrij laag. Het maakt niet uit of ik nog steeds vrolijk post. Vandaag was het leuk om in het water te bewegen.
