The weather today was very unstable.
@sports-max reported that it was hailing in Munich! It wasn't that bad here in the East of Munich, but in the late afternoon there was a heavy storm with threatening black clouds.
Fortunately I was home from my jogging tour in time, because a few minutes later it was pouring buckets from the sky.
Absolutely pleasing for me were my running times today! I reached a pace of 8:48 min/km!
This is the best so far!

The picture above probably shows a hoverfly, which I discovered this morning on a leaf of a plant. It is totally amazing how this insect is able to float in the air without making any sound!
Das Wetter war heute sehr unbeständig.
@sports-max berichtete, dass es in München gehagelt hat! So schlimm war es hier im Münchner Osten nicht, aber gegen spät Nachmittag zog auch hier, ein heftiger Sturm auf mit drohend schwarzen Wolken.
Zum Glück war ich von meiner Jogging-Tour rechtzeitig wieder zu Hause, denn ein paar Minuten später goss es Kübel vom Himmel.
Absolut erfreulich waren heute für mich meine Laufzeiten! Ich erreichte ein Tempo von 8:48 min/km! Bislang mein bester Wert!
Das Laufen macht mir immer mehr Spaß!
Das Bild oben zeigt vermutlich eine Schwebfliege, die ich heute Vormittag auf einem Blatt einer Pflanze entdeckt habe. Es ist sehr schön anzusehen, wie sie völlig lautlos in der Luft schweben kann!
