My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2020

Hi

Today was a very routine day. I got up at my normal time. I walked outside for 1 hour after breakfast.

When I came home, I started housework. I was a little bored. I thought doing sports would be good for me and I went to the sports center. I spent 1 hour there.

I feel better now.
