Trilha + My Actifit Report Card: novembro 2 2018
Hoje fiz algo que não fazia há muito tempo, mas que gosto muito: Trilha.
Foi uma trilha curta, porém imersiva na natureza.
A trilha se localiza numa subida e descida de um morro muito alto, numa cidade próxima, o objetivo final é a praia.
Durante o percurso é possível encontrar várias espécies de árvores, plantas e animais.
Tanto a subida quanto descida do morro, são bastante íngremes, fiz uns videos, porém, infelizmente não tem como postar aqui sem ter grandes trabalhos.
Estar no morro integrada a natureza é lindo e de uma energia incrível.

E depois de atravesarmos as dunas, chegamos a praia.
Todo o caminho faz parte da diversão e na praia podemos acalmar o calor dando mergulhos no mar.

Também me amarro muito nestes passeios, e o lugar é muito bonito. No final do dia dá uma sensação muito boa de paz. Só não gostei de você não ter alcançado os 10 mil passos, faltou tão pouco. Bastava você andar mais 20 minutos pela beira do mar. (hehe, como sou chato).

Verdade, faltava pouco! Mas eu simplesmente esqueci. Cheguei em casa exausta, e quando fui me lembrar de completar os 10 mil e postar no steemit, já era quase meia noite, então, decidi postar logo pra não perder o que tinha feito durante o dia. Em alguns momentos da trilha também coloquei o celular na mochila e desconfio que não contabilizou direito.
