My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2019
Greetings friends!
In the morning I was feeling myself suffering from laziness and fatigue but, I decided to overcome these shortcomings. So, I got up and embarked on my fitness journey with actifit app. I run, jog and tried my luck with the machines at the local gym.
Now the feeling of laziness and fatigue has disappeared. I am feeling myself light weight and energetic. This is very encouraging. I think laziness makes us dull and devoid of energy. So, physical exercises are must for us.
On the way I saw these beautiful trees and took their photos with my smartphone.
