Short Post - 8.6k steps - My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
Didn’t get much intense activity in today, as usual, but got a lot of steps through walking laps.
Considering taking my physicians advice of using a Testosterone supplement due to my low levels showing up on tests.
The doctor that treats those that have been exposed to mold, he says this low testosterone is a symptom of mold exposure in many patients. So, I will have to check with him first to see his view further.
Maybe he will suggest I don’t take any supplement.
Maybe he will suggest I follow my primary care’s suggestion for now and try that out.

Anyway,
Got my activity in.
Got my steem.
Can’t transfer it since I bought on the Metal application.
Was unaware of this missing feature before buying, was mesmerized by the easy access to buying steem and dove right in.
Planning to hold that until I can make a transfer to my account here.

In the meantime. I will be looking for alternative methods for future use of a small amount.
