My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2019

Finally, I had taken a long distance walk and refresh myself after a stress day at work. Friday is the busiest day ever. A lots of paper work and documentation to be done.

Having a walk is beneficial to our health.

Some of the benefits includes:

-Increased our cardiovascular and pulmonary fitness

-Reduce risk of heart disease and stroke

-Stronger bones and improve balance

-Increased muscle strength and endurance

-Reduce body fat

Walking for 30 min. a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve our overall health.
Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion.
