RE: Actifit Report [04/12/2018]: Calisthenics, 12.5 Km Running (54 Mins), Indoor Climbing (Bouldering)
Hey @logic, you did a very good workout!
Did you bring with you your phone during the running activity?

Yes, I always do.
If you wonder about points, I have so little points because I never cheat with it (swinging phone in hand to quickly score points). I am certain that 99% of actifit posts on Steemit are fake just by doing that.
Maybe. Or may don’t.
Anyway, if you are using (as I think) an android, try to set the “aggressive mode”, because it isn’t mathematically possible you run 12,5 km doing less than 5k steps... or are you a giant? LOL 😂
A huge hug from @amico! 🤗

They are likely fake. I encounter shitton of these posts when I process logs and do investigations around. There is whole group of accounts that just post that fake stuff thinking that they can farm this app :-)
I will see the aggressive mode. Why is there such mode in the first place anyway :-) Doesn't make sense.
I don’t care about the others.
The math with your data is: 12,500 meters / 5,000 steps = 2.5 meter every step... I think it’s quite impossible, isn’t it?

This app doesn't count steps but phone swinging as I explained.
Take phone to your hand and turn the app on. Then rapidly swing the phone in your hands 20 times like a rattle.
I actually have activity running apps that use GPS to count distance. This doesn't use any distance counting except phone's spacial movement.
