My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
本月的干部学习伟哥给我们讲述了“2019年经济形势与企业变革”这个话题可以看出大家都很感兴趣，国家的大形势也很快的渗透到各个企业公司，只有严格贯穿落实脚踏实地的才能使企业良好的发展，要想人生总富有跟着时代步伐走；然而以前一直都是以“丛林法则”为模板发展，现在需要以“雨林法则”为中心发展，要想进步强大就要改变方针才能更长久，每一个企业都可以影响到国家的发展所谓“一灯照隅，万灯照国”！
今天晚班班前会对店内9月份“优秀案例”进行了分享，在分享的时候大家都很积极踊跃举手要上来朗读，由于数量有限，所以就选了几位平时班前会没有怎么上来“展示”过得家人；大家的朗读水平都很不错，该快的块，有故事情节的地方也能很有“感情”的充分发挥表达，很形象生动的让大家领阅！这次分享其中一篇是现场员工写的，写到自己在受伤的时候，某位干部对她工作上的的关心帮助，以及这位干部平时对工作的认真负责。文章写的很长而且很生动，同时也得到大家的“赞不绝口”，是的如果工作认真负责，员工一定是“看得见，记得清”，这些模范榜样，是我们共同学习的标杆！
今天下午在总部召开了第三季度正能量新进成员分享会议和365毕业颁奖会议仪式！幸运的是我也是新进成员分享的一员；作为新进人员去分享也是抱着学习的心态来聆听的，应为在365毕业表彰会上那些“师哥，师姐”们的总结分享的确很准确表达自己的感受和感悟相当的精彩！同时也给我带来了更大的动力，他们的“抛砖引玉”让我在今后的写作上有更好的启发。
