My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2019

Hola Steemit,

I have been super lazy recently with my fitness. This is a combination of being a little under the weather, along with an extremely busy week with work and the financial markets. With yield curves inverting left right and centre and Trump's tweeting driving markets up and down there was a lot of screen time spent managing positions.

Today I did a lot of walking for exercise as well as household chores, which helped me achieve an above average effort compared to my usual 5000 odd paces.

Tonight's dinner was a bit of a treat night with homemade butter-sage gnocchi and a beer. Tomorrow I will be back to my diet and exercise.

For the rest of the evening I will be watching Australia vs. Afghanistan in the Cricket World Cup and cheering Australia on to victory.
