My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2018

The weather clouded over today so I didn't go to the beach. The sun came out in force again this afternoon but I had a call so couldn't take advantage of it. It meant I was able to get a lot done around the house though which added up to a lot of steps. Plus my usual walk to and from the coffee shop.

This involved performing activity related to House Chores, Moving Around Office, Walking
