Same as usual (Running around after the kids, sweating and aching, wondering what the hell happened to my own youth, and wondering why I’m behind on my actual work)
No time for proper proper exercise in my world right now.
Still, 5000 odd steps I’m happy with.
I’m going to stay away from roller skating since what happened to my other half just the other day. Ouch.
More iron in your food will make your blood have more hemoglobin which will oxygenize cells giving you more boost in strength and well-being @ashtv
Then steps with actifit will just be easy guaranteed ;)

my phone is still refusing to start actifit and actifit thinks my phone is an virtual machine :D i need to change the phone, android 4.4 is really not up to date :D

it is a mix of crazy russian 2 displays phone and just the oldness of it.
my everyday use would be 20 stairs for like 20 times :D but it would be fun to use it when i finally do something :D
