My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019

My future felt uncertain today, and it has been uncertain for the past week and a half. It just felt more so today. I felt like taking a walk, and took a path that I have not tried. Roads unknown.

Though, I felt like listening to some tunes, and decided to download RJD2's The Dead Ringer album to my Pixel 2. I felt like some electronica and trip hop music. I did not cared much for the first track, and the second track felt more as the introduction.

It was the third track, Smoke and Mirrors, that literally struck a cord. With lyrics like:

Who knows what tomorrow will bring

Maybe sunshine and maybe rain

That was my evening in a nutshell. The music in tranced me, and found myself walking further than planned: 15000+ steps.

There was moments where I felt like dancing with the other upbeat tracks, like Ghostwriter, but all I could do with my sore, stuff legs was just imagined the ridiculousness in my head. It was tempting to bring my spirits back up.

Otherwise, I kept going back to that third track.
