My Actifit Report #5 - 09.08.2019

Dzisiaj połowę dnia spędziliśmy w Zossen. Spacer się udał i nabiło trochę ponad 10 tysięcy kroków, czyli minimum założone zostało osiągnięte. Actifit jest super aplikacją, która motywuje sama w sobie do wyjścia na zewnątrz, dlatego polecam 😉

Oprócz spaceru obowiązkowo musieliśmy odwiedzić plac zabaw. Niestety były to godziny poranne i nie trafiliśmy na żadnych dzieci. Mimo tego, że plac zabaw jest dla starszych dzieci niż moja córka, zabawa się udała i myślę, że dzień spożytkowaliśmy bardzo dobrze.
