Thank you @bayanihan! Yeah. I suspect they'll all come back to life when steem price picks up. That's how we got lots of new users around December last year anyway.
Luckily, the sewerages were just giving off warm air. Not the smelly kind. They get treated periodically. 😅😉

Sadly but true. Ask the treatment, it might be needed in the Philippines.
