My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2019
Hi dear Steamians,
I have to admit, today, I am not feeling really happy.. I guess I'm just to tired from the whole week of not sleeping enough and not stoping from 7am until midnight, it's just been a busy week I'd say so looking forward to the weekend off.
Anyways, I had a bit of a lazy morning as I needed some laid back time for myself. So long breakfast with a movie and coffee.
Would do you like to have for breakfast?
After that yummy meal, I did some cleaning in the kitchen and went off to work. I used my break from work again to go for a walk on the fresh air as it really helps after few hours of sitting in an office with one rooftop window.
The view in this park never ceases to amaze me!
After the nice walk and some motivational music on the way, I came back to work and finished my shift. In the evening after work I did my 30 min workout, cardio intensity was on today's calendar.
Now, of to bed, it was a long day so I need to rest to pass by tomorrow and then quality rest for the weekend.
