Today's workout consisted of overhead presses, snatches, kettlebell snatches, medball slams, band curls & extension s and reverse flies.
Yeah I was all over the place. I was really focused on the work I'm a do tomorrow though. I've been on a real lower body kick lately. I don't lift super heavy but it's the day I move the most weight and it's a lot of fun.
