My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2019

I didn't do a dedicated workout today. Im just on my feet this much. It gets real sometimes.

Im feeling like giving myself a good ol foot massage. Sounds like a waste of time, but it's really an underrated experience. I like to really get in there and try to break some crap up too. It's so worth.
