Put On Your Dancing Shoes - My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2019
We started out with an early walk this morning and an automaticwin. It was a beautiful cool temperature at this time of day, so very enjoyable.
After lunch we made a fun joint #seven77 video playing KEEP IT UP. Here's the Link to the Twitter post.
This evening @crpyt-skip went with mom and me to our regular Thursday night dance. It was a lot of fun and a lot of steps.

18k is very good. I should go for 10k. Sooner I will.

It takes time to build up. We started with 5K and worked up to a goal of 10k. But it's easier to get higher on a dance night.

18k? Wtf...I get that in like 3 days, no joke :D But I mean...I don't wear my tracker during my 1.5hour sports practice...but anyway....18k is a looot! Congratz :)

Lol, he loves to dance, just not so much the line dancing. He knows quite a few dances but it's not his favorite music, lol.
