개방시간 06:00~07:30 운동
11월에도
매일 꾸준히 아침 운동 몸이 상쾌해짐
동트는 아침 하늘 ♥ 구름 ♥ 달님 ♥ 해님
눈 내린 후 녹은 눈으로
걷기 힘든 운동장 ㅠㅠ
아직도 고인물은 남아 있드앙~!
오늘은 미세먼지 느무느무 심하당~! ㅠㅠ
그럼에도 꾸준함으로
하늘도 운동 ♥ 사랑
블루엔젤 목표와 의지
간절하면 우주가 도와 모든걸 이루어준드앙~! ㅋㅋ
운동 시작~!
07:30 이후에는 고래아일랜드에서 운동기구 몸 풀며 근력 강화
