My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2018
Another working day. Office activity was low as usual.
Thanks to a walk for lunch, as usual, I walked 2000 steps.
I spent the evening at home today. When I had free time, I decided to arrange a run on an ellipse.
While I go with a minimum load. I think that aerobic exercise is more beneficial for weight loss.
I started at a fast pace and by 10 km I already felt tired. Therefore, I did not go 20 km and stopped at 17 km. For this, it took me 45 minutes.
I think this is a good result.
