My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
It would seem today was a normal day, but during the day I was active a little more than usual. However, I was doing the same thing: working in the office, going to lunch, took my son to the gym in the evening.
At home, I gave a standard 30-minute run on an ellipse. But apparently, due to fatigue, the pace was low, and instead of 12 km I managed to go through only 11.
But the total result in Actifit is 10,000 steps and that is not bad.
I will add a traditional photo to the report. I made it a couple of years ago during a walk by the river at the beginning of winter.
