My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2019
Another hard day this week.
A lot of work at work. Even there was no time to have dinner 8)
In the evening after work, I took my son to the gym.
After that, I made a run on the ellipse. I ran 12 km in 30 minutes.
As a result, today I walked more than 10,000 steps. Quite a normal result.
And as usual a photo from me.
This app is making me train again and its awesome. Btw I’d love to go for a run in that snowy place.
