My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2018
Today was my last regeneration-day. Just some walking.
Today I finished 8000 steps for 46 days in a row! And doing 11k steps average each day! Soon it will be 2 months!
From tomorrow on I will train with 110% again. So you will see less blank Actifit-posts and way more edited ones with much more detail. Be patient 😛
