Never skip leg day-January 11 2019
Hej dear Steemians,
Welcome to my blog.
Today i decided to do a leg day inspite of the pain i was feeling in my legs. I thought it was the usual 8 hour standing pain but it is obviousely something else.
I ran for 8 mins to warm up, did some squats with 10kg weights and than my leg started hurting a bit. Afterwards i did some burpies, some jumps, some knee raises, jump lundges and butpies again in the end.
It was a cardio training too, had a hot shower and some nurishing food to replenish my strenght.
Leg still hurts, i hope ill walk it off.
