Hej dear Steemians,

Its sunday and i started the day with a workout in the gym.
Today i worked on my back muscles and i did some pull ups, weight excersizes for back muscles, i did the hyperextensions for the lover part of he back and i did some running and rowing.

After the training a visited my friend eho was working at a caffee and drank a coffee and had a sandvich with him.

After that i went to my hair dresser and got my hair cut. I had to wait for an hour coz there were a lot of people infront of me.

The rest of the day i spent on my feet coz my girlfriend and i were baking cake and meal-prepping for tomorrow.
Nutrition is so important for workout and if you want to eat healthy you have to prepare it yourself every day. Or do the meal-preping for one or two days in advance.

Thanks for reading my blog im going to sleep now to rest for my second week at the new company im working in.

Im gonna start finding peope for the roles we have and set some new goals for myself ;)
