My Actifit Report #108 - Daily activity [EN/PL]

[EN] I wanted to ride my bike today, but Santa Claus' helper took it :) Seriously, today it's only gym activity, about 10 minutes on the ergometer, 15 minutes on treadmill and at the end of 15 minutes on the spinning bike. The sweat on the bike was tapping, because halfway through I noticed that the speed is in miles, and I thought I had to pedal faster because the speed was 21-22 on the counter. If I knew from the beginning that it was in miles, I would have been saving myself.

[PL] Chciałem dziś na rower, ale pomocnik Mikołaja mi go zajął :) A tak na serio to dziś tylko aktywność na siłowni, około 10 minut na ergometrze, 15 minut na bieżni automatycznej i na koniec 15 minut na rowerze spinningowym. Na rowerze to ze mnie pot lał się ciurkiem, bo dopiero w połowie zauważyłem, że prędkość jest w milach, a mi wydawało się, że muszę szybciej kręcić bo na liczniku pokazywało prędkość 21-22. Gdybym od początku wiedział, że to w milach to może bym się oszczędzał.
