My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2018
Today was a much lighter day in terms of training. For whatever reason I was incredibly tired so it was more of a mental struggle then anything but at the end of it I felt proud of myself for pushing through the entirety of my workout including my cardio on the treadmill. For Halloween @entrepreneur916 and just laid in bed eating WAYYYY too much candy lol but it was relaxing and I’m about to slip into a sugar coma lol night night 💤

What are your workouts like these days? I have of course be racking up steps but that doesn’t often leave much time for weights. I’m going to be changing that up in the next week or two... I figure I should add in some TRX strap training into the mix...
