Day 200 | 500 Push-Ups Saturday (+ Actifit)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

The plan was to try doing 500 push ups today and I actually made it there. Near the end I was no longer able to do 12 in a row so I just finished the last ones doing 6 in a row. I do really feel it in my arms now and could barely keep them up just now taking the picture of my magnetic drawing boars. I offten feel I don't push myself enough doing reps since I rarely feel any stiff muscles the day after. I'm quite sure I will feel this for at least a coupe days though.

I plan to do a moring run and afternoon walk tomorrow if the weather allows it and starting monday I will have 10 days off. I totally overlooked the internetional break.

It is rare for me to get out on a Saturday, but I went on a 10000 step walk to complete the Actifit goal before the start of the evening matches. Right now my main focus when it comes down to betting is mainly on the belgian league instead of the entre market which gives me much more free time during the weekend.
