Day 202 | Actifit Morning Run
Monday was another very active day,starting out with a 22 minute run, a walk to the supermarket and also keeping up with my bikram yoga plans this month. This was by far the most torture and exhausting session but I'm glad I went. Tomorrow I plan to go Swimming.

I have also started to do some searching to get my skin fixed permanetly. Likely I still eat some kind of foods that cause some issues. from what I have been reading, tomatoe and Potatos are bets avoided so that is what I plan to do the next couple weeks. I expect this to be a lot of trial and error to isolate what exactly is causing my psoriasis. Luckily I'm quite disciplined when it comes down to these things. I will report on a regular basis how things are moving along with this.

Another solid Actifit day reaching over 15k steps on monday. I now have extended my regular 2.6km run to 3.6km and plan to do this at least each time I do these runs. I also took a walk to the supermarket and a walk to my yoga classes and back. Now I’m exhausted on my cauch ready to go to bed for a good night sleep.
