아침에 회사 출근 하면서 스마트폰을 가방에 넣고 걸었더니 보통 4800정도 나오는 걸음수가 1500이었습니다.
만보를 채우기 위해 더 많은 활동을 해야하는데 사무실에서만 업무를 하기 때문에 쉽지 않은 상황이었습니다. 점심식사 후 바로 들어와서 업무하고 선릉에 다녀온게 전부라 만보를 못채웠습니다.
