오늘 여유있게 출근 했습니다. 일찍 일어나서 자동차 정리 및 청소하고 중고차딜러에게 판매를 맡겼습니다. 6년동안 정들었는데 자동차를 파는 서운함 및 상실감으로 마음이 무거웠지만 이내 털어내고 하루 활동 했습니다.
점심시간에 좀 걸었는데 걸음수가 거의 안늘었습니다. 걸을 때 어플을 열어줘야 카운트가 되는가봅니다.
저녁에 지인 만나서 저녁머고 차 마시고 걸었더니 만보 채워지네요.
